Mike Seavers Extensive Gaming Experience

Mike Seavers is taking over Kerem Atalay’s role as CTO, resulting in Atalay becoming the Strategic Advisor for the world-renowned NFT company instead.

With more than 20 years of experience in the gaming world and previously holding the position of Executive Vice President of Development at Epic Games, Seavers contributes to the significant projects Fortnite and Unreal Engine. Additionally, he was the CTO at Riot Games, building Valorant, Legends of Runeterra, and League of Legends.

Following his expertise, the project behind BAYC is excited to welcome Seavers as its CTO. As such, Yuga Labs’ CEO, Daniel Alegre, shared his enthusiasm on Twitter:

Moreover, Alegre commented in a press release: “Mike has a demonstrated history of propelling organizations forward, and he aligns with our vision for the significance of digital identity and community in the internet’s future.
